Beautiful Suburban Towns is a copy of a C&NW promotional brochure from 1909, covering the Chicago-area suburbs.
It has 30 pages, color maps, and many “thumbnail” photo reproductions. While it is strongest on the North Line, it also covers many of the towns on the West Line and the Northwest Line.
This is a very nostalgic item, and a “must” for local history buffs.
